About Us

Since he was young, Lenny Minutillo always dreamed of owning his own restaurant. He started in the industry in 1967, learning everything he could and getting the experience he’d need to succeed. Finally in 2013, he opened Happy Italian Pizzeria. We’re using fresh ingredients to create the best Italian-inspired dishes for our community: pizza with dough that’s made from scratch and in-house, calzones filled with flavorful ingredients, and a beer and wine selection to pair perfectly with whatever you order. And with our open-kitchen layout, you can get some easy entertainment as you watch us cook up your meal!
